U LINE SHIPPING POLICY

Service Area
U LINE currently delivers within the United Arab Emirates only.

Production Time
All U LINE abayas are made to order. Production normally 10 - 14 business day once payment and all order details, including size, color, and measurements, have been confirmed.

Incomplete or incorrect measurements may delay production.

Delivery Time
After production is completed, UAE delivery is estimated to take 3–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, courier delays, or circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking
Tracking or delivery information will be provided when the order is dispatched, where available.

Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate name, phone number, emirate, area, street, building, and unit or villa number.

Additional delivery charges may apply if an order must be sent again because of an incorrect address, an unavailable recipient, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If it arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact U LINE promptly through our Contact page with your order number and clear photographs.

Delays
U LINE is not responsible for courier delays outside our control, but we will assist customers in following up with the delivery company.
